Refund Policy for Core Sync Solutions

Core Sync Solutions maintains a professional standard for financial reversals. We value your commitment to Core Sync Solutions technical excellence.

1. Professional Service Refunds at Core Sync Solutions

Once a technical build by Core Sync Solutions has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Core Sync Solutions allocates expert engineering time specifically for your business requirements.

2. Hardware Implementation for Core Sync Solutions

Infrastructure configurations by Core Sync Solutions involve third-party vendor coordination and are strictly non-refundable once physical components have been unboxed and installed at your center.

3. Service Cancellation for Core Sync Solutions

Monthly retainer clients may cancel their Core Sync Solutions service with 30-days notice. Refunds are not issued for partial months. Core Sync Solutions provides a final data export as part of the offboarding process, provided all invoices are settled.

4. Software Licensing Fees at Core Sync Solutions

Core Sync Solutions often facilitates software licensing from vendors like Oracle, Microsoft, and SAP. These licensing fees are subject to the respective vendor's refund policies and are generally non-refundable once the activation key has been generated by Core Sync Solutions.

5. Emergency Call-out Fees

Fees for emergency on-site technical support by Core Sync Solutions engineers are non-refundable once the engineer has arrived at the client facility, regardless of the complexity of the hardware resolution.

6. Dispute Resolution at Core Sync Solutions

If you believe there has been a billing error by Core Sync Solutions, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Core Sync Solutions will conduct a full technical audit of the hours billed and provide a reconciliation report.

7. Training and Workshops

Fees for corporate training sessions conducted by Core Sync Solutions are refundable (minus a 15% admin fee) if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event. Core Sync Solutions does not provide refunds for session no-shows.

8. Managed Services Advance Payments

Annual advance payments for Core Sync Solutions managed services are refundable on a pro-rata basis if the termination is due to a material breach of SLA by Core Sync Solutions.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds from Core Sync Solutions are processed via the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Core Sync Solutions is not responsible for bank-side processing delays.
