Core Sync Solutions provides services on a technical best-effort basis. While Core Sync Solutions strives for 100% uptime, we are not liable for outages caused by upstream provider failures or environmental catastrophes.
Core Sync Solutions shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from data migration delays or software configuration states. Core Sync Solutions liability is capped at the service value.
Core Sync Solutions provides documentation and architectural diagrams for guidance purposes only. Core Sync Solutions is not liable for errors in interpretation or implementation by third-party contractors not directly employed by Core Sync Solutions.
While Core Sync Solutions implements rigorous security protocols, no system is impenetrable. Core Sync Solutions is not liable for data breaches resulting from zero-day exploits or internal employee malfeasance within the client organization. Users are responsible for maintaining internal credential hygiene.
Core Sync Solutions often integrates third-party components (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft). Core Sync Solutions liability does not extend to defects in third-party products. Any claims regarding such components must be directed to the respective manufacturer.

Core Sync Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
The total liability of Core Sync Solutions for any claim arising out of or relating to these services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the preceding three-month period.
Nothing in this statement by Core Sync Solutions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the laws of India that cannot be law-fully excluded or limited.
